Welcome to I-Hacked.com
--------------------------------------------------
Electronics are everywhere, and technology
drives pretty much everything we do in today's world. We show you how to
take advantage of these electronics to make them faster, give them
added features, or to do things they were never intended to do.
We
are not a "cracking" site, we are hackers. Our inquisitive nature leads
us to find ways of making technology work for us. We do not support
unauthorized access into systems, breaking into email systems, or
anything of that nature. Please do not email me asking me how to do
this type of stuff.
Please enjoy your stay, check out the articles, and submit some of your
own. As a community we can share our tips/tricks/and hacks with each
other. The I-Hacked.com's "Most Wanted" are articles that we are
currently looking for articles to be written about.
Articles
are open to the public, however downloads and the forums are restricted
to members only. If you are interested in becoming a member, please click here.

When HiR and i-Hacked went to DefCon 16, I brought along some snazzy clothes for which to attend some of the parties. My shirt had french cuffs, which required cuff links. The cheesy cuff links that came with it lacked flair, and I was too cheap (and nerdy) to go buy a proper set of snazzy ones. Enter: RJ45 cuff links. Read More for instructions on how to make your own!

The Asus Eee PC. A palm-sized 900Mhz computer that includes a 4Gb Solid state hard drive. Now consider the fact that this beautiful machine includes an Atheros-Chipset based wificard that supports injection, and has 3 USB 2.0 ports. You have the perfect hack-top. The only thing that could make it better is to match this great hack-top with a great Hack-OS.
BackTrack is the top rated linux live distribution focused on
penetration testing, and supports the Eee PC natively.
**UPDATE** This tutorial will walk you though the installation of BackTrack 3.0 (FINAL) onto the Eee PC. This is the first of many tutorials using this great platform!

Picture this: You've got a flight to Vegas. Your craptastic airline just started charging cash for ALL checked luggage, and you planned on traveling light anyways. Your goal: participate in the lock-picking festivities at DefCon 16. The problem? Lockpicks are not only sharpened metal, but illegal to just carry around with you all over the place. They'd probably be okay in checked luggage, but as such, tucking them into a pocket of your carry-on bag and hoping for the best sounds like a good way to get a full cavity search by some under-paid TSA noobtard, if not arrested.
